   The International Astronomical Union Commission 42 ("Close Binaries")
provides bibliographic information on close binary related topics through its

                  "Bibliography of Close Binaries (BCB)" 

BCB (formerly BPN) is a publication appearing periodically on a semi-annual
basis since several decades. All major international astrophysical journals,
IAU Circulars, and some conference proceedings series are being continuously
surveyed by a number of contributing editors. Close binary related articles
are sampled, categorized, and listed to keep researchers informed about
their favourite objects, recent results and developments.
