Outburst of U Gem: on the rise

  Bob King (USA) reports U Gem is undergoing an outburst (vsnet-obs 18338).
U Gem was observed at mv=12.3 on Dec. 11.216 UT (very likely just on the
rise).  Observations of eclipses at this very early stage of the outburst
are very strongly encouraged (this will provide information of the evoluation
of the disk radius).
