M96 observers may also wish to note that the Thompson & Bryan chart
itself has been scanned in by the AAVSO; .gif, .tif. and PostScript files
can be obtained from:

On a related subject, Berto Monard asked me to verify that the star
coordinates I gave previously for the field are correct. I have repeated
the process of getting positions from the T&B chart by comparing against
the GSC, and find no problems.
