M. Funada has kindly provided a JPEG chart of SN 1998bu indicating V mag
sequence (Thompson & Bryan chart) introduced by B. Skiff (cf. vsnet-alert
1756). The file is available at:

Please use this sequence (rather than GSC) when estimating the SN
magnitude.
