Brightening of AS289 = TmzV17
Kesao Takamizawa relays the message by M. Wakuda (Shizuoka, Japan) that
the symbiotic variable AS 289 is again in outburst (cf. vsnet-obs 8957).
Wakuda reports the object is around mpv ~11.6-11.8 now. The latest
Takamizawa's observation on Mar. 2 indicated 12.7p; the object may have
brightened considerably since. Follow-up observations are strongly
encouraged.
