Subject: Update --- Annaplis MCV Workshop

Dear Colleagues,

This is a reminder that the early registration deadline for the
Annapolis MCV workshop is fast approaching.

There are a couple of updates on our website.

(1) Hotels --- we have reserved a block of rooms at the Holiday Inn.
Please see our Hotel Inofmation page for more details (we have also
updated the list of hotels).

(2) We have sketched out a rough schedule.  At the moment, this is
more a rough sketch than a finished schedule, but this may give you
a flavor of what the sessions that we are planning.

Please send in your abstracts using our on-line 'Presentation request'
forms.  We hope to have these available via a future version of the
'schedule' page.

Please also note that we consider the web-based registration form
to be the official method of registering, since this allows
us to keep the record in a uniform way.  Even if you have
e-mailed us before, please take your time to fill this in.

We recommend, in particular, that those of you who wish to take
advantage of the dormitory accomodation to register quickly.
We understand that you may not be able to specify the arrival
and departure date yet; these details can be changed later.
