[vsnet-alert 1220] IP Peg in Outburst

Observations by Bill Worraker and Keele Observatory show that IP Peg is
in outburst. We would be interested in any followup observations
before 21UT September 22, especialy in relatively high speed V-band
photometry through eclipse.
