Dear Colleagues,
We Ouda Team observed HT Cas on Nov 21.35. The object still continue
declining, however the declining rate seems to become smaller than
that of yesterday.
Although very preliminary, we estimate that the magnitude out of
eclipse is V~15.8 mag based on our CCD image on CRT. This is about
0.6 mag fainter than that of Nov 20.47, so that this object seems to
stop rapid decline.
Based on PSF observation at Nov 20, we obtained the following result
at mid-eclipse time. Due to time resolution, an error may be some wrong.
JD (Geo) eclipse center outside eclipse depth
2450041.00331 18.65 V 15.53 V 3.12 V
41.07707 19.16 15.66 3.50
And, through the kindness of M. Iida (VSOLJ), a series image of HT Cas
is placed at following URL :
http://ftp.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp/pub/vsnet/DNe/htcas/htcas.gif .
We strongly encourge to keep up further monitoring.
Best Regards,
Hajime Baba ( at observatory )
and Ouda Team
