[vsnet-alert 255] CU Vel outburst

The UG type variable CU Velorum has gone into outburst as per observations
shown in UT:
CU VEL
October 21.1 m < 11.4
October 23.082 m 11.2
October 23.103 m 11.2, and then the sun rose!
