[vsnet-alert 167] outburst of V1028 Cyg: confirmed

     We have just confirmed the reported outburst of V1028 Cyg at Ouda
Station (Kyoto University).  The object is brighter than GSC 13.2 star.
The position well agrees with the quiescent candidate by Bruch et al. (1987)
and Downes & Shara (1993).  We are now getting a time-resolved CCD photo-
metry to search for periodic signals.
