  More serious problem is that these commercial softwares don't usually
show uncertainties nor reflect recent updates in the GCVS.  So users
must refer to the GCVS instead of relying on commercial softwares.
I have also heard that some softwares have their own bugs in addition to
the original uncertainties in the GCVS.  Some programs don't correctly
convert 1950.0 to 2000.0 etc.
