The potential transient that was detected by the ALEXIS satellite at location 01h28m33.4s -56d22'33" [vsnet-alert 483] showed enhanced emission starting about 0 UT 25 July and appeared to turn off at 19 UT 25 July, 1996 according to the data that was received from the satellite this morning.
