Hi There,
I was a bit puzzelled by this report.
You report an observation on 19990826.938.
Now by my rekoning that is on 27th August 1999 at 10.51 UT which is in
about 2hours time from now. ?????
Are you able to see into the future because if you are then I would like a
telescope like that !!!!
Just kidding !!!
Are you reporting local time or Julian Date here??
regards,
Brian Fraser
