[vsnet-obs 20460] Re: [FWD] KAIT calibration of SN 1999bymagnitures



Hi,

I think this is one of the great attributes of the VSNET-work: the
instant revision of observed magnitudes due to prompt publication of
an accurate sequence. 
I like hereby to re-state my (and that of lots of astro-files)
appreciation for the VSNET initiative and the contributions made by so
many competent professionals and amateurs. Recommendations here go
specifically to the sequence providers B Skiff, A Henden and B Sumner.
I would say 'I am proud of you'!

And now after the syrup... a hint: Nova Sgr 1999 is getting too faint
for the H/T comparisons..

[FWD] KAIT calibration of SN 1999by magnitures

Dr. Weidong Li, a member of LOSS KAIT team, has kindly provided their
revised magnitudes of SN 1999by using Brian's sequence [vsnet-alert
2919].  Note that he used the star 3, 4, and 5, then the revision in
[vsnet-alert 2937] does not affect his results.
