Service observing obtained at Apache Point Observatory, New Mexico,
using 3.5-m telescope and instrument SPIcam, reduced by Kevin Krisciunas,
University of Washington:

SN 1999aa, February 19.099 UT, 1999 (JD 2451228.599) :

V = 14.78, B-V = +0.03, U-B = -0.99

internal errors +/- 0.01, 0.01, 0.08

zero points and color terms fixed with observations of 6 stars using
Landolt's photometry of Rubin 149 field. Two frames were
obtained of SN field in each filter, only one frame/filter on comp

By all means use the Feb 19 data on 1999aa for your web site.
I took R-band and I-band data too, but the two integrations on
the supernova did not give consistent results. V and B in particular
were very consistent with each other.
