Hi Seiichiro,
DAOPHOT II can be run 'hands off' with a shell script in UNIX
or with a .BAT file under DOS.
For going through a large number of time series photometry CCD
frames MUNIDOS is my favourite, in fact I think it is excellent.
However for working on a lot of different fields in a night I use
DAOPHOT II within ESO MIDAS, which has a nice internal tables system.
Unfortunately both MIDAS and the NOAO's IRAF run on UNIX or VMS, but not
DOS. I am aware that there are commercial DOS and Win NT packages for CCD
work (ie MIRA), but I have too small a budget to pay for these packages, so
have had to learn to get around inside a UNIX computer, which isn't so bad..
MIDAS and IRAF are available for free (MIDAS) or a nominal cost
(IRAF), which is certainly a lot less than some of the commercial packages
advertised to the amateur market.
