[vsnet-chat 6950] Photometric Calibration of the Eye

I know some people on VSNET have reported calculating the color transformation coefficient of their eyes.  I know how to do this for CCD cameras and photoelectric photometers, I am just not sure how to do the same thing for my eyes.  Does anyone know of any standard fields and the process that have been used for this calibration?  A related question, does this color transformation take into account the Purkinje effect only or are their other effects coming into play??

Thanks in advance,
Doug West
