     Is EY Cyg not accurately identified in the Downes et al CV atlas?
The GCVS v4.1 position seems a bit out, but otherwise:

EY Cyg  19 54 36.74  +32 21 55.1 (J2000, 2MASS)

...which is also the location in the on-line GCVS.  That Skiff guy also
seems to have got it right in IBVS 4675
(http://vsnet.konkoly.hu/cgi-bin/IBVS?4675).
