Fortunately, this case has been positively solved. ASAS-3 observed this fieled on the same night, and indeed recorded an outburst. If the outburst announcement had been made immediately, there may have been a more number of positive observations. But a question arising to my mind is whether database managers will be able to handle this correctly, solely with the reported materials. If this is the single positive observation, and an attempt to check ASAS-3 will not be made, this observation may simply be flagged as a "possible (or questionable, etc.) outburst", rather than a genuine outburst record.
