Dear colleagues, Here is the list of interesting rendezvous in March. 118P passes only within 2 arcmin from a 14-mag supernova 2003G on Mar. 17. By Nova Sgr 2002 No.4, appearing at dawn, 2001 TX16 and 65P passes on Mar. 1 and 3. But the nova is already fainter than 15 mag. On Mar. 12, 65P passes by WR 104, the pinwheel nebula, whose variation was discovered recently by Haseda. cf. http://vsnet.aerith.net/comet/rendezvous/current.html Best regards, 2003 Mar. 1 0h UT 0.310 deg ( 18.6 arcmin) 2001 TX16 17h47m.2 -23o47' 19.5 mag Nova Sgr 2002 No.4 17h47m.4 -23o28' 15.0 mag 2003 Mar. 3 10h UT 0.770 deg ( 46.2 arcmin) 65P/Gunn 17h47m.9 -22o43' 13.6 mag Nova Sgr 2002 No.4 17h47m.4 -23o28' 15.0 mag 2003 Mar. 12 18h UT 0.430 deg ( 25.8 arcmin) 65P/Gunn 18h02m.4 -23o12' 13.4 mag WR 104 (WR/pec) 18h02m.1 -23o38' 11.9-14.9 mag 2003 Mar. 17 21h UT 0.028 deg ( 1.7 arcmin) 118P/Sheomaker-Levy 4 02h08m.4 +06o26' 16.8 mag SN 2003G in IC 208 02h08m.5 +06o24' 14.4 mag -- Seiichi Yoshida comet@aerith.net http://vsnet.aerith.net/
