[vsnet-chat 2896] V1494 Aql field photometry

I've posted on
http://ftp.nofs.navy.mil/pub/outgoing/aah/sequence/v1494aql.dat
the UBVRI field photometry file for this nova based on
two photometric nights.  The nova is still too bright for
this file to be of value for visual observers, but it
should be useful for CCD observers.
  Note that this is a reddened field; it is difficult
to find stars of comparable color to the nova.  The
crowding is such that you should not trust the photometry
for any given object until you have checked a CCD/DSS frame
to be sure no neighbors are contaminating the measures.
