This is not correct - Taichi Kato is correct :
V449 Lyr is indeed USNO A2.0 1275.10801482 or
                   USNO A1.0 1275.10940740

Moreover I would like to inform you that the photometric parameters 
given by G.Romano (discoverer) taken to GCVS are not correct. I have 
invetigated this star on Sonneberg plates and found limits 15.5-18.0 mag 
photographic with following preliminary light elements 
             45646.216 + 3.607011 * E

Final version of note and elements is being prepared.
