   I have not been able to find any 'outburst' comment in IBVS 4037
(nor any comment on EV Aqr itself).  Additional work will be evidently
needed to see whether the true EV Aqr corresponds to this star, or these
are two independent variable stars.  I'd rather prefer the first
interpretation based on the GCVS classification (UGZ:) -- many poorly
studied (mostly southern) UGZ: stars have turned out to be red variables.
