   This is the star.

GSC526.1562 210617.81 +005243.1 (2000.0) 13.33 0 N
GSC526.1562 210617.86 +005244.0 (2000.0) 12.05 1 N
USNO0900.19505254 210617.840 +005243.66 (2000.0) 11.1 13.0
210616.9 +005238 (2000.0) IRAS21037+0040 1.230 0.813 0.400L 1.000L 21%
210616.9 +005238 (2000.0) SSC21037+0040 1.230 0.813 0.400L 1.000L
210617.6 +005242 (2000.0) FSC21037+0040 1.293 0.662 0.301L 0.833L

This star was not apparently in appreciable outburst on GSC plates,
as judged only from the above magnitudes. There are two GSC exposures,
in different bands, whose magnitudes are consistent with the USNO r and b
magnitudes. The star is red, as inferred from the USNO magnitudes and the
IRAS identification.

This possible identification was noted (var?) in VSNET chart of EV Aqr,
which gave V=13.57 for this star. The faintness at the time of measurement
indicates a hint of variation.
