IAUC 7163 tells that SN 1999cb was observed as 15.7 mag at Apr. 10.05.
There is some trend that the distant (such as v_r > 5000 km/s)
supernovae are observed brighter than estimate with our calculator.
We are exploring the cause, but it is still unknown.
