Subject: Reports on new variable stars (second try)

At the beginning thanks for identification of my hitherto discovered new =
variables and including them in the "light curves from VSNET-reports".

I have one question:
Many of the reports of new variables, which are posted to VSNET, also are=
 sent from VSNET to Dr. Samus (samus.sai.msu.su).
I think, there data are collected for NSV and GCVS catalogues.
This also was done for my first report (vsnet-obs 15002, 13.9.1998), but =
maybe not for BeV3-BeV6 (vsnet-obs 15317, 18.9.1998;vsnet-obs 15402, 20.9=
.1998; vsnet-obs 15840, 28.9.1998 and vsnet-obs 17997;13.11.1998).

What is the common practice of VSNET in these cases?
