The result of my program (heliocentric time explicitly given here):
Hel 980717 00:14:51 : Geo 980717 00:11:24
Hel 980717 04:02:40 : Geo 980717 03:59:12
Hel 980717 07:50:29 : Geo 980717 07:47:00
Hel 980717 11:38:18 : Geo 980717 11:34:47
Hel 980717 15:26:07 : Geo 980717 15:22:35
Hel 980717 19:13:56 : Geo 980717 19:10:23
Hel 980717 23:01:45 : Geo 980717 22:58:11
The heliocentric minimum perfectly agrees with yours. I suspect one-minute
difference in geocentric times is caused by the difference in the formula
employed in heliocentric calculation. My program uses (X,Y,Z) coordinates
of the Earth, accurate to 10^(-6) A.U.
