All,

I imaged what I thought was SN1998cn in NGC 3735 (among the other recent
SNe) last night using the Orange County Astronomers 22-inch telescope at
our Anza Observatory. It appeared to be about magnitude 16, but the
position seems to be about 10" due West of the nucleus, no offset north
or south. I don't have the image in front of me to double-check, but I
am going back up to the observatory tonight to try again, if the weather
cooperates. Am I dreaming?

Wayne Johnson (aka Mr. Galaxy)
