Dear Taichi,
It is surprising to see some marked differences in B-V, reaching
almost 0.5 with GSC3196-1824. Is this a result of Hipparchos errors
increasing at the magnitude 10 -> level?
Regards

To test Hipparcos/Tycho sequences against the existing ones, I
have
checked the field of SS Cyg (B. Skiff's compilation, vsnet 651).
