Reimann and Friedemann's discovery of a possible new bright UG star
was done during their plate examination of a nearby variable star RZ Psc.
Any visual chart for RZ Psc, if exists, will certainly serve as a good
guide for visual observers.
RZ Psc, an ISB star with occasional fadings (the class sometimes called
anti-dwarf novae; other famous example WW Vul), also seems to be rather
neglected among visual observers. I would like to recommend observers
of "new var in Psc" should also monitor RZ Psc.
One question. I believe these "IS" stars with occasional fadings are
currently interpreted as young stars surrounded by circumstellar disks part
of which causes eclipse-like fadings. Does this scenario apply to RZ Psc,
or is there other explanation of such fadings? Since RZ Psc is not
apparently associated with a dark cloud (natural at this high galactic
latitude), it does not seem to me so young.
