Jeremy Knowles asked about a new "chart committee".  Yes, it has already been
formed.  It is really the Chart Oversight Committee to keep my nose to the
grindstone and see that I don't go off charting weird stuff that no-one cares
about.

As far as delegating my tasks is concerned, it is very difficult.  We are
trying to work out a system with a volunteer from Europe.  Communication is a
large problem, and the time it will take me to put things together for the
volunteeer.  Perhaps when the system is working it will be OK.
