Subject: V1504 Cyg
Status: R
Dear Colleagues,
On Oct. 31 I and Mausda (Ouda Team, Kyoto University) had observed
V1504 Cyg at the Ouda Station, whose ongoing outburst was first noticed
by E. Broens. Then the superhump, the amplitude of which is about 0.16
mag in V band, was detected clearly, so we identified V1504 Cyg as
the new member of SU UMa-type CVs.
0.0690 day is its most possible superhump period, although it has a
little ambiguity since the observation time was not taken sufficiently
due to clouds.
Thank you very much for your helpful information.
Best Regards,
Daisaku Nogami
