V551 Sgr: updated superhump period Dear Colleagues, The VSNET Collaboration has just received new data from Roland Santallo. Although the amplitude is slightly reduced, superhumps are still prominently visible. The best superhump period determined from the observations up to now is 0.06520(3) d, although other aliases can not be perfectly excluded (the situation is expected to be improved with any new data set). With the new data, the probablity of a very short-period apparently disappeared. As suggested earlier, V551 Sgr is likely a large-amplitude (rather usual) SU UMa-type dwarf nova, rather than a WZ Sge-like object. Regards, Taichi Kato VSNET Collaboration team
