GO Com: rapid fading stage! Dear Colleagues, The most recent data from Donn Starkey have confirmed the continued fading trend. The fading rate is now about 1.0 mag/d. As mentioned earlier, this rapid fading and early post-superoutburst stage provides an unique opportunity in studying late superhumps and expected rebrightening(s) in a rare superoutburst of GO Com. Please continue observing!! The object will stay about 1 mag brighter than its true quiescence, even if the current fading continues. At this brighteness, you will get fair time-resolved light curve with a moderate aperture of the telescope. The object is expected to show modulations which may be prominent at this stage, which would further qualify the importance of continued observation at this stage.
