Subject: Possible Nova in Crux
According to IAUC 8184, V. Tabur disvcovered a possible nova of mag
10.2 (CCD) at R.A. = 12h23m16s.2, Decl. = -60o22'34" (J2000.0,
uncertainty 4") on Aug. 20.486. On Aug. 21.5, Tabor reported that it
had brightened about 1 mag. Berto Monard had confirmed the
brightening, 9.2C on Aug. 21.71.
