VY Scl: fading episode!
Steve Kerr reports (vsnet-obs 45445) that VY Scl is fainter than usual.

The ASAS-3 data also indicate that the object is 0.5-0.7 mag fainter
than usual. This may be a start of a fading episode, which has not been
observed in recent years. In deepest minima, the object may reach as
faint as 18.5 mag. Observers are strongly urged to monitor this
"VY Scl-type" prototype object.
