V1362 Cyg brightening reported by T. Ohshima T. Ohshima-san reported that the B-type emission-line object V1362 Cyg = MWC 1000 is apparently undergoing an outburst-like brightening. The presently reported magnitude is about 1 mag brighter than the GCVS value. The object is known as a luminous B-type star; there may be a possibility of an ongoing sudden mass-loss event.
