The SU UMa-type dwarf nova V1028 Cyg has apparently faded rapidly from
a rare outburst (vsnet-alert 911,
http://vsnet.kusastro.kyoto-u.ac.jp/vsnet/Mail/vsnet-alert/msg00911.html).
The present outburst thus seems to be a normal outburst. Close monitoring
is still needed to see whether this outburst triggers a superoutburst
as in the 1996 August case.
