[vsnet-alert 198] Rapid decline of V1028 Cyg

Daer colleagues,

At the start of our tonight observation on Aug. 13.50(UT), V1028 Cyg
had faded to about 15.7 mag, fainter by about 1.5 mag than that last
night.  Moreover, the star declined by 0.5 mag during our 7-hour run.
Double-peaked hump structure seems to have grown during the later
half of the run.  Follow-up observations are highly encouraged.
