Dear colleagues,
Our CCD images tonight revealed that V1028 Cyg finally came to a rapid
decline phase. An estimated V magnitude is 15.5, which is fainter
by 1 mag than that last night. However, this decline may represent
a start of "dip" as in AL Com. Please continue a close watch!
