report format

Dear friends,

   Following messages have been received concerning the report format.
   I am sorry I have not had enough time to write individual reply.

   Both VSOLJ and FSPACE members who have been contributing in archiving
   and circulating novae & SNe updates have great interest in these
   matters, so I would like to distribute these comments via our local
   network and listen to their comments.  If it is not adequate for
   reproduction, please let me know.
