standard reporting format

Dr. Kato,

I was very interested to see your suggestion for a standard reporting
format for variable star observations.

I would like to receive your programs you mentioned for reporting in
this format (all the ones you mention: one for DOS, with C source code,
the other an awk script and the small C function for converting the variable
star names.

If your format becomes standard, I will write a small program to convert
the AAVSO format to your format and perhaps one to prepare gnuplot
files for viewing light curves.
