[vsnet-obs 41200] SNe observations from IAUC 7964

SN2002ev 20020608.0 <205C PAL
SN2002ev 20020720.0 <205C PAL
SN2002ev 20020804.0 <205C PAL
SN2002ev 20020815.0 202:C PAL
SN2002ev 20020824.26 188C PAL
SN2002ev 20020824.31 188C PAL
SN2002ev 20020825.0 191C PAL
SN2002ev 20020831.0 187C PAL
SN2002ev 20020903.0 187C PAL

# The position of SN 2002ev is R.A. = 20h23m00s.85, Decl. = -
# 1o48'14".6 (2000.0). The host galaxy is anonymous. The offset is
# reported as 8"E, 7"S, but at the reported position of SN, there is a
# very faint object can be seen on DSS 2 images, so it can be true
# host galaxy, and offset would be very small. The UCB team has
# revealed that it is type II SN.

SN2002ew 20020610.0 <195C PAL
SN2002ew 20020804.0 <195C PAL
SN2002ew 20020824.34 178C PAL
SN2002ew 20020824.40 178C PAL
SN2002ew 20020825.0 177C PAL

# The host galaxy of SN 2002ew is also anonymous. The position of SN
# is: R.A. = 20h54m30s.50, Decl. = -0o08'26".0 (2000.0), which is 4"
# due south of the center of host galaxy. Note that there are two
# foreground stars (or companion galaxies?) about 3.5" ESE and 4".4
# ENE of SN, so separating of this SN would be difficult. The UCB
# team revealed that it is of young SN II. The recession velocity of
# the host galaxy was measured as 8920 km/s, which suggest that SN
# 2002ew is somethat more luminous than typical SN II.

SN2002ex 20020722.0 <205C PAL
SN2002ex 20020808.0 <205C PAL
SN2002ex 20020817.0 202:C PAL
SN2002ex 20020819.28 195C PAL
SN2002ex 20020819.40 195C PAL
SN2002ex 20020828.0 187C PAL

# The host galaxy of SN 2002ex is also anonymous. The position of SN
# is : R.A. = 22h09m00s.79, Decl. = -10o36'25".8 (2000.0), which is
# 1".5 due north of the center of the host galaxy. The UCB team has
# revealed that it is type Ic SN about a week after maximum on Sept.
# 4. The recession velocity was measured as 11310 km/s.

SN2002ey 20020817.3 <190:C KAI
SN2002ey 20020903.3 177:C KAI
SN2002ey 20020904.3 177:C KAI

# The host galaxy is again anonymous, but probably a member of Pegasus
# II cluster, which include NGC 7499, NGC 7501, and NGC 7503. SNe
# 1986M (Ib? peak m_pg ~ 16.5, near NGC 7499) and 2001ic (Ia, peak
# mag ~ 17.4C:, in NGC 7503) were discovered in this cluster. The
# position of SN 2002ey is R.A. = 23h10m12s.33, Decl. = +7o32'59".9.
# which is about 6" east and 5" north of the host galaxy, which is
# located about 3'.2 SE of NGC 7499. The UCB team has revealed that
# it is type Ia SN. They comment that its spectrum resembles that of
# subluminous SN Ia 1991bg.
