NSV 14652: new campaign target
As reported by Tonny Vaunmunster, the suspected UG star NSV 14652
is in outburst. The object has been selected as a possible noteworthy
object (possible CV candidate) since the possible identification
with a ROSAT source.

Another possible ROSAT identification.
NSV14652:

The ROSAT hardness ratio seems to be a little hard for a dwarf nova,
but the low count rate has made discrimation difficult.
Timo Kinnunen surveyed past photographic plates and indeed found
brightening which can be regarded as outbursts!
Follow-up observations, including astrometry, multicolor photometry
and spectroscopy, of the present outburst are strongly encouraged.
The object is selected as a target-of-opportunity program of the VSNET
campaign.
