SN 2002de
This SN appeared in NGC 6104, whose recession velocity is about 8400 km/s.
The observed magnitude was somewhat brighter than expected maximum of
normal SN Ia (vsnet-campaign-sn
433). It turned out to have been of type Ia, about 4 days before maximum
light on June 2.23 UT. The Si II 615nm line, characteristic for SN Ia,
was slightly weak. These features may suggest that it is somewhat overluminous
SN Ia (vsnet-campaign-sn
435).
