BR Lup : Superoutburst in April
As reported by D. Overbeek, the SU UMa-type dwarf nova BR Lup
experienced a bright (13.2mag) outburst on February 6
(vsnet-campaign 752).
Contrary to its bright peak brightness, a rapid fading was reported on
February 7
(vsnet-campaign 754).
Another outburst was detected on April 28 by R. Stubbings. The
object reached the peak brightness at 13.7mag on April 30.
(vsnet-campaign 891).
This outburst lasted longer than the former one with a gradual
decline, which indicates it is a superoutburst.
