TY PsA: December superoutburst

R. Stubbings reported an outburst (11.9mag) of TY PsA on December 1 (vsnet-outburst 1058). The superoutburst continued until December 13 when A. Pearce reported the magnitude of 12.8 indicating it entered a rapid decline phase (vsnet-campaign-dn 304, 308, 315).
