In IBVS 4329 (24 April 1996) Lennart Dahlmark has published information about three dozen new variables found on his wide-field photographic surveys of the northern Milky Way. Although semi-accurate positions and charts are provided, no other IDs are made. Since they lie in crowded fields, precise (~1") positions are required if the variables are to be recovered for further study.
I have used Dahlmark's charts to produce the list below. The positions are mostly from either the GSC or the U. S. Naval Observatory's "UJ1.0" CD-ROM star catalogue. The remainder were obtained from inspection of the digitized sky survey at a large image-scale using the Goddard SkyView facility...

...which allows a grid and other information to be overlaid on the DSS image. The source of the positions is specified in the column 's' (G = GSC, U = UJ1.0, S = SkyView). IRAS and GSC identifications are then given as appropriate.
Dahlmark's positions and charts are fairly good, so there are no serious ambiguities in the identifications. He does query possible variable-star identities, which I have checked using original charts. Such problems arise because the positions for most variable stars were not accurately determined. These are discussed in the remarks.
