We performed CCD photometry of the field of a newly discovered X-ray 
transient AX J1747.1-2845 (7h 47m 07s.0 -28o 45' 09" (J2000.0), IAUC 7379) 
at Kyoto last night, but optical counterpart cannot be detected within 
the error 2' and the limit of magnitude of 16.4 using the non-filtered 
CCD image.
