The present outburst is the first one in this season, and is one of relatively bright ones recorded recently. (Southern) observers are strongly urged to obtain time-resolved photometry of this object. The object had long been lost, and was recovered by K. Haseda (vsnet-alert 1543, 1545, 1565, 1637, 1647; summarized in IBVS 4585). The spectroscopic confirmation (vsnet-alert 1688), which finally led to the discovery of the eclipsing nature (vsnet-alert 3432).
